Marine Equipment Supplies, Marine Support Services, Oil and Gas Supplies, Logistics, Tugboat and Crew Boat, Dredging, Barges,
Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Construction, Geotechnical investigation, Facility Maintenance and General
Contractors. We seek to be a preferred indigenous contractor in the
aforementioned areas delivered hi-tech services to our numerous clients and to be a leader in our areas of expertise.
With a corporate head office, training Centre, and a business Centre at Edjeba opposite
DBS by Workson Jetty in the oil city of Warri, Delta State and consultancy office in Lagos state,
we are poised to deliver all projects timely in line with specification and applicable engineering
standards without compromising cost, quality and safety.
Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, competences, capacities
and experiences in shipping / transportation of petroleum products, onshore / offshore contracts, building and
engineering works, dredging, pipeline construction, marine engine repairs, complex engineering projects, oil and
gas trading, shoreline protection works amongst others.

Today, we have extended our expertise to area such as hydrographic and topographic survey, soil
investigation/sand search campaign and diving work. Our client will benefit the one stop innovative
engineering that we offer throughout their project execution.
